Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give them minus 1 star. They don’t answer the phone. Their people are not professional. Delivery of my item was too late. Installation is not part of their service. You can way better products and services for less money! Never buy your furniture or your household goods from them. You will regret it! The same quality items are cheaper elsewhere if you are trying to save money, and you can get better products and services if you’re looking for good household goods investment (either furniture or other goods!) YOU ARE WELCOME!

Very bad customer service and delivery. First delivery they came to assemble and realized the chairs were missing parts. Second delivery the mirror arrived broken, the delivery man promised to bring a replacement and then disappeared and I have to chase customer service for days to update me on what happened with the order and they do not even answer the phone or whatsapp. As if I have all day to fix your mistakes.

Sold me a wrong product and will not rectify their mistake!!! We picked out the bed in the picture at the store in city center but wanted it in Queen size. He said it was available. We bought this model particularly for the storage drawer. Upon installation, I realized it DID NOT have a storage drawer, which the sales man failed to mention. We wouldn’t not have purchased knowing it didn’t have storage. We asked them specifically for a bed with storage. We picked this model of many because of it. The sales man wrote the code for the product and took it to cashier himself. I called the customer service right away and told them they hadn’t delivered what I ordered. They said they’ll fix the mistake and to let them leave now. So I signed the delivery note. I made a big mistake trusting their customer service and signing it. They later sent a message the delivery has been successful although we had already raised the complaint. We went to the store, spoke to the store manager, who checked with the staff who sold us the bed and he said that I wanted it without storage. Straight LIES!!!! They’re trying to shift the blame on the customer although it was his mistake. They have said they’ve raised it with management in Dubai and they will call me but I have not received any confirmation of our report and the customer service has stopped responding to our calls. I now have a bed in my house that I do not want. Don’t trust this company with home purchases as you don’t know what you will get and they will do nothing to rectify their mistakes. 0 stars if I could.

If you’re considering buying, read first. Because the after sale support is so poor, and customer rights are completely violated. Update 14 May 2022: After more than a month chasing for a refund, they have refunded the amount to my “Home Center” account to force me into buying with the amount from them, yet another chase and arguing to have refunded to my Bank Account. I have bought a sofa, the delivery was so messy, every item I bought was delivered separately (I bought an equivalent of 600 BD), and they just call you when they are at your door, no scheduling. The sofa was broken (the leg fell off as soon as I sat on set, and cannot be re-attached as the hole is shattered to pieces). I returned to the place 2 hours after it was delivered, they promised that it would be replaced within 72 hours. During that time I was ignored. After that when I call, they have no clue about it. Finally I get a call, this guys so confidently tells me he will fix it. How did we end up from replacing to fixing? So when I call again and tell them I want a refund as I no longer want the Sofa, they tell me that they have no return policy. I called the consumer protection MOIC, they tell me that it is my right when I receive a defective unit to request a refund as long as it is within 15 days. Even though they still denied it. The rude customer service after sale isn’t helping either. If you want to go through that ordeal, you go ahead and buy. Just think about the warranty, if this is just after sale service, their warranty is probably worth nothing more than just a word.
